Sometimes I need to remind myself, out loud, to breathe.
Not breathe just a little, but BREATHE. With my whole body.
It is powerful & terrifying to open my eyes, breathe deeply, and do the hard thing.

In that raw state, priorities are blindingly clear.
“I only went out for a walk and finally concluded to stay out till sundown, for going out, I found, was really going in.” – John Muir
